Questa domenica mattina ho preso la macchina e mi sono spostato fino a qui per fare una tarda colazione. Premetto che il locale era vuoto con 3 dipendenti di cui uno impegnato in attività di cassa. Appena entrati ho dovuto salutare ben 3 volte perché nessuno ha mai risposto. Mi hanno invitato ad andare dalla collega alla quale chiedo se fosse possibile sedermi all'interno (ovviamente previa scansione greenpass che possiedo) la collega mi risponde molto scocciata e con tono molto secco "Si solo se avete il greenpass però". Ora io non voglio insegnare il lavoro a nessuno, ma io non tornerò MAI PIÙ da questi cafoni maleducati. It is not the first time that I come and usually I am very happy. This Sunday morning I got in my car and drove up here to have a late breakfast. I state that the place was empty with 3 employees, one of which was engaged in cash activities. As soon as I entered I had to say goodbye 3 times because no one ever answered. They invited me to go to the colleague to whom I ask if it was possible to sit inside (obviously after scanning the greenpass that I have) the colleague replies very annoyed and with a very dry tone "Yes, only if you have the greenpass though". Now I don't want to teach anyone the job, but I will NEVER go back to these rude peasants.

B	Beatrice Mogni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannoli buoni, caffè buono ma cornetti bocciati. Sono duri e l'interno spugnoso e secco. Non c'è il servizio ai tavoli ma ti fanno servire con un vassoio. Good cannoli, good coffee but rejected croissants. They are hard and spongy and dry on the inside. There is no table service but they do serve you with a tray.

Personalmente li giudico ottimi sia per le materie prime di prima qualità utilizzate che per il sapiente dosaggio dello zucchero che non eccede mai. Famous and fabulous historical Genoese pastry shop in Milan. The taste of the pastries and cakes is traditional, pleasant on the palate. Personally I consider them excellent both for the first quality raw materials used and for the skilful dosage of sugar that never exceeds.

Fortunatamente per qualsiasi altro ristoratore vale il DPCM Italiano... I was sent away with two children because although I have a regular green pass reinforced with two doses (the booster dose will be up to me IN SIX MONTHS), according to the employee who checked me to sit at Panarello's table I should anticipate the booster of SIX MONTHS. Ottimi i famosi cannoncini,ma il personale nel negozio di via Tolstoj (Milano) avrebbe bisogno di impare le buone maniere sia nei confronti dei clienti che dei prodotti delicati che trattano. Mi riferisco al personale più datato. The quality of the products is excellent. The famous cannoncini are excellent, but the staff in the shop in via Tolstoj (Milan) would need to learn good manners both towards customers and the delicate products they handle. I am referring to the oldest staff.

Non è in grado né di servirci né di utilizzare la cassa ed infine ci insacchetta 4 dei 5 prodotti acquistati, peccato che ci accorgiamo solo dopo essere arrivati a casa. Siamo fiduciosi per la prossima visita. Excellent quality products in a very nice place. The employee present today at the counter causes the judgment to drop below the minimum levels. He is unable to serve us or use the cash desk and finally bags 4 of the 5 products purchased, a pity that we only notice after arriving home. We are looking forward to the next visit.
