★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina, sono venuto all’apertura in questa ricicleria e purtroppo il non tutto i cassoni per i diversi materiali erano disponibili, per un problema tecnico, però non ho fatto coda e mi è stato subito spiegato che non tutti i cassoni erano disponibili. Ora sono tornato ore 13.40 e tutto funziona. Quindi con quanto evidenzia il sig. Fabio mi non ritrovo.
 This morning, I came to the opening in this recycling shop and unfortunately not all the bins for the different materials were available, due to a technical problem, but I did not queue and I was immediately explained that not all the bins were available. Now I am back at 1.40 pm and everything works. So with what Mr. Fabio I do not find myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sugli operatori, ma decisamente eccessivo aspettare mezz'ora per il cambio di due cassoni. Se capitate in un cambio, armatevi di santa pazienza. C'è solo un camion che va su e giù a spostare i cassoni: metterne uno a servizio della logistica per velocizzare, sarebbe troppo?
Nothing to say about the operators, but it is definitely excessive to wait half an hour for the change of two bins. If you come across an exchange, arm yourself with holy patience. There is only one truck that goes up and down to move the bins: would it be too much to put one at the service of logistics to speed up?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito vicino a questa discarica e pur lavorando in difficoltà, le persone che ci lavorano sono sempre gentili e disponibili. Bisognerebbe aiutarli di piu a gestire la presenza esterna di persone losche che cercano perfino di aggedire l’utenza e i dipendenti stessi.
Il comune di Milano e il neo-eletto sindaco dovrebbero tutelare di piu le persone che onestamente e diligentemte ci aiutano nelle nostre esigenze giornaliere.
I live near this landfill and while working in difficulty, the people who work there are always kind and helpful. They should be helped more to manage the external presence of shady people who even try to attack users and employees themselves.
The municipality of Milan and the newly elected mayor should better protect the people who honestly and diligently help us in our daily needs.
