Può capitare di sbagliare un ordine preso, ma sarebbe gradito assumersene la responsabilità anziché scaricarla sul cliente che "ha frainteso". Aggiungiamo chiudendo che spesso sono simpatici come il mal di pancia alle 3 di notte, ma credo che quella sia una scelta di posizionamento per cui semplicemente ne prendo atto. 3 stelle perché in generale, al netto di errori, scortesie e disservizi, la qualità degli ingredienti è decisamente buona. € 200 in cakes spent in a single weekend with this result: the order was incorrect, the candle was not included (they forgot to insert it as promised) and the pastry base was hard to the point that cutting it was really difficult. Mi hanno fatto riscoprire il gusto della colazione con le loro fragranti brioches piccole e grandi semplici o superfarcite. Mi hanno fatto riscoprire il piacere dei pasticcini di quando ero bambino e fatto scoprire due assolute prelibatezze come il pasticcini crema catalana ed amarene e quelli pere cioccolato e polvere di pistacchio. Mi hanno riconciliato con i dolci della tradizione come il mio amatissimo panettone classico ma anche fatto innamorare di gusti nuovi come quello pere e cioccolato e quello ai Marron glacè. Ed infine mi hanno fatto capire come la Sacher non è solo Demel o Sacher hotel a Vienna. Forse persino superiore. Personale gentile e disponibile, locale piccolo ben curato ed in alcune ore molto affollato, organizzano anche corsi di pasticceria. Sublime. Il personale è gentile e simpatico. Tutto molto buono ... i biscotti fior di sale e i pasticcini cioccolato, pere e pistacchi per me sono da perderci la testa. Le brioches con il cappuccio alla mattina fanno partire bene la giornata. Curiosità: vengo organizzati corsi di pasticceria. Historical Milanese pastry. Hanno gusti classici, come nocciola, pistacchio e caramello salato, ma anche particolari, quali basilico e pomodoro o zola. Devo ammettere che i cioccolatini più particolari sono anche i più buoni.
