La cosa che più mi piace è che si vedono i cani che fanno la toilette, attraverso una vetrata, dalla quale si può parlare o entrare tranquillamente. I cani sono sereni e tranquilli. Il ragazzo del negozio si è preso cura di lei, trattandola con dolcezza e rispetto, tranquillizzandola quando necessario. Inoltre trovo positivo il fatto che ci sia un vetro che dà la possibilità di vedere dentro la stanza dove i pelosi vengono lavati e tosati. Cortesia, disponibilità e amore per gli animali. Ho sottolineato che aveva molti nodi, il ragazzo mi ha rassicurata dicendomi che ci avrebbe pensato lui. Tempo per bagno e sciogliere i nodi 1 ora al che mi è sembrato troppo poco. Va a prendere il cane mio marito, lo porta a casa ed è pieno di nodi come prima. A quel punto mi sono messa io a tagliarglieli. Prezzo 25€. MAI PIU'.
