★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio pc due volte e mi hanno risolto tutti i problemi. Per il prezzo non posso fare paragoni perchè sono andata solo da loro ma cmq non mi è sembrata una cifra impossibile. Ovvio che dipende dalla tipologia di intervento. Il personale è gentile e disponibile ma soprattutto competente.
 I brought my PC twice and solved all the problems. For the price I can not make comparisons because I went only to them but cmq did not seem an impossible figure. Obviously it depends on the type of intervention. The staff is friendly and helpful but above all competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho perso l'alimentatore del mio Sony Vaio, sono stati molto gentili e professionali me ne hanno trovato subito uno nuovo e hanno anche dato un occhio al computer. Il ragazzo al Front Office veramente competente e cortese.
I lost the power supply of my Sony Vaio, they were very kind and professional, they immediately found a new one and they even looked at the computer. The guy at the Front Office really competent and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia PS4 ha riparare quando ormai pensavo di doverla buttare dato che non si accendeva più e pensavo di spendere di più per la riparazione rispetto a comprarla nuova. Questo centro di assistenza tecnica invece mi ha fatto un preventivo onesto e in meno di una settimana. Sono molto soddisfatto e consiglio a chiunque questo posto per far riparare il proprio apparecchio.
I brought my PS4 to repair when I now thought I had to throw it away since it didn't turn on anymore and I thought I would spend more on the repair than buying it new. This service center instead made me a fair price and in less than a week. I am very satisfied and recommend this place to anyone to have their appliance repaired.

Not very fast .. only after my call after 2 weeks they started looking at us, certainly good at repairing but not really cheap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ portati pc a riparare a dicembre, con regolari documenti di consegna, sembra impossibile sapere che fine abbiano fatto dopo 5 mesi, mi dicono che gli servono le RAM per poterli operare - se non avete tempo e modo di fare una cosa evitate di prenderla in consegna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la prima volta che mi trovo più che soddisfatto dell'intervento a domicilio di un tecnico! Puntuale nell'orario, sincero nella diagnosi che non ha tardato ha fare. Era un problema di software al mio televisore Sony Bravia vecchio di 11 anni. L'ha risolto in mezz'ora armeggiando con il telecomando. In più mi ha insegnato ad utilizzare il decoder sfruttando al meglio le funzioni del TV. Ringrazio davvero per la professionalità dimostrata.

It is the first time that I am more than satisfied with the intervention of a technician at home! Punctual in the timetable, sincere in the diagnosis that he did not take too long to make. It was a software problem with my 11 year old Sony Bravia TV. He solved it in half an hour by fiddling with the remote. In addition, he taught me to use the decoder making the most of the functions of the TV. I really thank you for the professionalism shown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comunicazione pessima e informazioni date non chiare. Telefono lasciato per riparazione in garanzia, riconsegnato non riparato per schermo rotto. Se fosse stato chiaro fin dall'inizio che non sarebbe stato riparato se non si accettava il preventivo, non l'avrei manco lasciato in assistenza e pagato in più €15 per spese di gestione. Tutto ciò 1 mese di tempo, ho pure dovuto chiamare io per sapere se il telefono si poteva venire a ritirare, sentendomi rispondere che il telefono era già pronto, e nessuno ha contrato per avvisare.
Bad communication and unclear information given. Phone left for warranty repair, returned unrepaired due to broken screen. If it had been clear from the start that it would not be repaired if the quote was not accepted, I would not have left it in service and paid an additional € 15 for management costs. All this 1 month's time, I also had to call myself to find out if the phone could be picked up, hearing me answer that the phone was ready, and no one has contracted to notify.
