β β β β β Well zara is comparatively expensive than most clothing shops but I think that their clothes are of a good quality and even though you have to spend alot it's worth it .

β β β β β They didn't tell about tax refund. And they can't give document anotherday only today. And the line to buy is really long, any other staff isn't there. It is unfair. I can't accept this situation

β β β β β This is a reflection of the service. Although security guard was super friendly, the staff were obviously making jokes about us behind the counter. My wife still wanted the dress but utterly disgusted with the two girls at the counter.
@Zara you consider shadow shopping this store to understand.
