★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno sostituito il euro, no ho più trovato i tagliandi dell'assicurazione che erano appesi al vetro rotto, e "guarda caso" l'aspiratore ha tirato su il vetro e la monetina da 1 euro... lasciando lì polvere e centesimi...
Ho perso totalmente la fiducia. Per rifare la carrozzeria rovinata dalla grandine andrò altrove.
 I have replaced the euro, I no longer found the insurance coupons that were hanging on the broken glass, and "coincidentally" the vacuum cleaner pulled up the glass and the 1 euro coin ... leaving dust and cents there. ..
I totally lost faith. To redo the body damaged by hail I'll go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è tramite assicurazione che pone questa struttura come convenzionata. Le riparazioni sono state eseguite bene, ma non altrettanto posso dire della parte "burocratica". Forzata e tendente alla poca chiarezza.
My experience is through insurance that places this structure as an agreement. The repairs were done well, but I can't say the same about the "bureaucratic" part. Forced and tending to lack of clarity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [edit] Ho portato l'auto a giugno per un preventivo della carrozzeria: l'addetto ha insistito pesantemente per avere il contatto della mia assicurazione, del perito che sarebbe venuto a fare la stima del danno. Tutte cose che non avevano alcuna rilevanza dato che, trattandosi di sinistro con mezzo estero, non era possibile alcun pagamento diretto da parte dell'assicurazione del veicolo che aveva causato il sinistro: avrei ricevuto il rimborso stimato dal perito sul mio conto dopo aver fatto fare il lavoro. Dopo diverse rimostranze e insistenze per far fare il lavoro dapprima attraverso l'assicurazione e successivamente con sconto in fattura (che non mi interessava, dato il rimborso che mi sarebbe arrivato), presi i miei documenti, firme per privacy, etc. sono spariti, non ho più ottenuto alcun contatto da parte loro, malgrado le mie telefonate e email. Scarsa serietà.
[edit] I brought the car in June for a quote for the bodywork: the employee insisted heavily on having my insurance contact, the expert who would come to estimate the damage. All things that had no relevance given that, since it was an accident involving a foreign vehicle, no direct payment by the insurance of the vehicle that had caused the accident was possible: I would have received the reimbursement estimated by the expert on my account after having done the job. After several complaints and insistence to get the job done first through insurance and then with a discount on the invoice (which I didn't care, given the refund that would come to me), I took my documents, signatures for privacy, etc. they are gone, I have not gotten any further contact from them, despite my phone calls and emails. Lack of seriousness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, carrozzeria convenzionata con la mia compagnia assicurativa..... La riparazione sulla mia auto è stata fatta il maniera raffazzonata, fanali fissati alla struttura con nastro isolante , mai avuto un: esperienza del genere sarò costretto a perseguirli legalmente
Bad experience, body shop affiliated with my insurance company ..... The repair on my car was done the botched way, headlights fixed to the structure with insulating tape, never had a: experience like this I will be forced to prosecute them legally
