I bought a Mi Band3 in store, I did not like the product and wanted to return it and get a better one. They did not have Band4 as exchange. So I asked for a refund but the store manager refused. So he gave me no solution. Not a refund, not a better product. I left the store with the Band3, a product that I will not use.
