Y	Yo Moreno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prodotti sono top e di trucchi fra i miei preferiti, do 5 stelle a tutti i prodotti e la qualita, anche al personale, ma mi rammarica che stamane DOMENICA 19 GENNAIO alle 12:20 Mi reco nel negozio di Piazza Garibaldi dove sono cliente da sempre, (visto che viaggio spesso e mi fermo volentieri)....stavo provando un prodotto ed ho usato un brush pennello in esposizione per il blush, per provare appunto un prodotto, LA COMMESSA IN QUESTIONE INIZIA AD URLARE contro di me COME UNA PSICOPATICA DAVANTI AD ALTRI CLIENTI DI NON USARE QUEL PENNELLO IN UN MODO PIUTTOSTO PRIVO DI EDUCAZIONE facendomi sentire mortificata ed imbarazzata, invece di avvicinarsi a me in modo professionale e pacato per chierdermi la cortesia di usare un altro pennello; d'altronde se era in esposizione avevo dato per scontato di poter usarlo per provare un prodotto, un ombretto che volevo usare come blush. Peccato che debba vincere sempre la cattiva educazione, e le figuracce, spero per voi che non capiti piu, perche io sono una ragazza molto educata e gentile, se fosse accaduto ad un altra persona non mi meraviglierei se gli avessero dato umo schiaffo, anche se sono contri la violenza fisica e verbale. Di certo non l'avrà fatto solo a me, ma sicuramente ad altri clienti. Amo quell'angolo meraviglioso Wycon che avete in stazione, ma oggi ne sono uscita molto imbarazzata e mortificata davanti a tutti. Yomaira Moreno. I was trying a product and I used a brush on display for the blush, just to try a product, THE ORDER IN QUESTION STARTS TO SCREAM AT ME LIKE A PSYCHOPATHIC IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS NOT TO USE THAT BRUSH IN A RATHER UNEDUCATIONAL WAY making me feel mortified and embarrassed, instead of approaching me in a professional and calm way to ask for the courtesy of using another brush; on the other hand, if it was on display I had assumed I could use it to try a product, an eyeshadow that I wanted to use as a blush. Too bad that bad education must always win, and foolishness, I hope for you that it does not happen anymore, because I am a very polite and kind girl, if it had happened to another person I would not be surprised if they had given him a slap, even if they are against physical and verbal violence. Certainly not only did it to me, but certainly to other customers. Sono entrata per acquistare uno smalto, la cassiera mi aveva dato un resto sbagliato, io glielo faccio notare e lei non rimedia ai suoi errori. Poi quando me ne sono andata, mi ha anche offesa.
