F	Federica Cariello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho potuto cambiare un correttore con un altro perché la ragazza sosteneva che io l'avessi usato e che dal beccuccio del prodotto era visibile che era entrata aria, e non avrebbe potuto più rivenderlo perché qualcun altro si sarebbe accorto che c'era dell'aria nel prodotto??? Veramente ridicola! Ovviamente non avevo usato il prodotto e ho dovuto spendere altri 10 euro per comprare lo stesso correttore di un altro colore... Si volevano palesemente approfittare della cosa per incassare altri 10 euro, pessimi! I could not change one concealer with another because the girl claimed that I had used it and that from the spout of the product it was visible that air had entered, and could no longer sell it because someone else would have noticed that there was some air in the product??? Really ridiculous! Obviously I had not used the product and I had to spend another 10 euros to buy the same concealer of another color ... They clearly wanted to take advantage of it to cash another 10 euros, bad!

La commessa è certa che sia il mio colore, ma come immaginavo non è così. Alla cassa chiedo l'inserimento dei punti tramite numero di cellulare ma se ne dimenticano. Non ho trovato nello staff il livello di preparazione che mi aspettavo, comunque inferiore ad altri punti vendita della stessa catena. Mi dispiace perché di solito mi trovo bene con questo brand. I was not satisfied. I ask for make-up for contouring, I am recommended a product whose shade does not convince me. The saleswoman is sure it's my color, but as I imagined it's not like that. At the cashier I ask for the points to be entered by mobile number but they forget it. I did not find in the staff the level of preparation that I expected, however lower than other points of sale of the same chain. I'm sorry because I usually get along well with this brand.

C	Christy Warnawitharanage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wycon is a cosmetics store. It has good quality products. But the quality depends with the cost. Most of the products in the shop are over 5 euros. As for an example I bought a lipstick which values 3 euros but was sold to 8.50 euros. Though it was so expensive l think it was not worth it. So l personally think that this shop is not a shop recommended by me. Try other shops as KIKO or M.A.C.
