Il fine settimana c'è ovviamente un'attesa maggiore per via delle file e nonostante le attese ne vale veramente la pena, soprattutto perché vengono rispettate in pieno le norme anti covid e mi sento sicura quando mi fanno provare ciò che desidero, a differenza di quello che accade altrove! Un posto in cui sentirsi coccolate sotto ogni punto di vista, la gentilezza e la professionalità delle ragazze non ha prezzo! Clio rimani a Napoli! Hai uno staff da fare invidia! Quando sono arrivata c'era un po' di fila e per addolcire l'attesa ci sono state offerte delle caramelle alla frutta, quando è stato il mio turno mi hanno saputo consigliare e mi hanno aiutata nella scelta dei prodotti, in un secondo momento ho fatto presente che non avrei acquistato nulla lì perché avevo intenzione di ordinare sul sito, e le ragazze, gentilissime, mi hanno consigliato di controllare se fosse tutto disponibile perché alcuni prodotti erano sold out e oggi il negozio sarebbe rimasto chiuso. Ho controllato ed effettivamente c'era tutto quindi non avrei preso nulla in quel momento, ma nonostante questo hanno continuato a consigliarmi e non mi hanno fatto sentire "in colpa" per aver fatto perdere tempo, anzi mi hanno suggerito utilizzi alternativi per sfruttare al meglio i prodotti che avevo scelto. Molto professionali e preparate! When I arrived there was a bit of a queue and to sweeten the wait we were offered some fruit candies, when it was my turn they knew how to advise me and helped me in the choice of products, later I I pointed out that I would not have bought anything there because I was going to order on the site, and the girls, very kind, advised me to check if everything was available because some products were sold out and today the shop would be closed. I checked and actually everything was there so I would not have taken anything at that moment, but despite this they continued to advise me and did not make me feel "guilty" for wasting time, on the contrary they suggested alternative uses to make the most of it. the products I had chosen.
