Negozio sempre molto pulito, ordinato e fornito. Apprezzo tanto il rispetto delle misure anti-covid partendo dal controllo costante del greenpass fino all'utilizzo di applicatori monouso per la prova dei prodotti. Personale altamente qualificato, cordiale e accogliente.

The shop is always very clean, tidy and well stocked. I really appreciate the compliance with anti-covid measures starting from the constant control of the greenpass to the use of disposable applicators for product testing. Highly qualified, friendly and welcoming staff.

β β β β β Apparently you can't be a tourist without the security chasing you all over the store thinking you're going to steal something we experienced this in another store in this same street...I've been to many Sephora's US and abroad and this is by far my worst experience...the security left us alone once he saw we bought something but we felt uncomfortable the whole hr being there trying to ignore the security which i even saw on the mirror staring right back at me.
