★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante mi sia recato più volte al centro ancora oggi dopo tre settimane non ho risolto il problema. L’unica mia richiesta era quella di cambiare il vecchio piano tariffario, mi sono informato e mi hanno detto che doveva essere una cosa immediata.
A tre settimane dalla richiesta (avendo dovuto pagare di più di quello che realmente dovevo spendere) non sono ancora riuscito ad avere il nuovo piano tariffario trovando sempre scuse e finte motivazioni.
Although I went to the center several times today, after three weeks I still have not solved the problem. My only request was to change the old tariff plan, I inquired and they said it had to be immediate.
Three weeks after the request (having had to pay more than what I really had to spend) I have not yet managed to get the new tariff plan always finding excuses and fake reasons.
