★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PERSONALE MOLTO MALEDUCATO E MENEFREGHISTA.Il prodotto che ho comperato pochi giorni dopo era scontato di circa il 15% . Me lo sono pigliato " dintro sacoccia ! " È un marchio italiano che per me è positivo ma preferisco recarmi a Novara dove c'è più scelta ed il personale e' più competente e gentile.
 VERY RUDE AND MENEFREGHIST STAFF. The product I bought a few days later was discounted by about 15%. I took it "inside sacoccia!" It is an Italian brand that is positive for me but I prefer to go to Novara where there is more choice and the staff is more competent and kind.

Una commessa parlava al suo cellulare personale ed ogni volta che ci avvicinavano a lei si allontanava. Le due ragazze al vincono vendevano solo cellulari e ci hanno detto che vendevano solo i telefonini e che non c'era nessuno per la vendita dei televisori. Complimenti! Fate veramente pena!!! Noi comunque siamo andati ad acquistare il televisore naturalmente da un'altra parte.

A saleswoman talked on her personal cell phone and walked away every time we approached her. The two girls at the win were only selling cell phones and they told us they only sold cell phones and that there was no one to sell televisions. Congratulations! You really worth it !!! However, we naturally went to buy the TV elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stelle era più reale. Riferito al settore telefonia . La ragazza al momento preposta alla vendita intenta a inserire dei dati al computer (?) dietro richiesta ha continuato imperterrita a inserire dati . Dopo 10 minuti mi sono stancato e me ne sono andato . Perso una vendita sicura

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato recentemente 2 elettrodomestici, con la spesa di oltre 700€ , preparazione del personale e gestione pessima , oltre che mancato anche un po' di garbo .... potessi scegliere sarei andata altrove ....non ho trovato personale che mi aveva assistita nella vecchia sede che sono state molto preparate , sapevano consigliare ,acquisti importanti 2015/2016/2017( anche informate sulle condizioni delle promo in corso)

Il locale si presenta carino, ma ci sono altre filiali esteticamente più curate. L'ingresso?️/ Uscita ?/Cassa ? un po' caotica. C'è un po' di tutto ma non fornitissimo. Tutto sommato ➕ per un acquisto di routine va bene. ?
