★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i ragazzi del negozio sono gentilissimi, competenti e molto preparati. Mi hanno risolto per 3 volte i danni fatti da altri in un diverso tim store.
DI loro vi potete fidare, sono disponibili e qualsiasi cosa fatta da loro, non mi ha dato alcun problema mai.
 the guys in the shop are very kind, competent and very prepared. I have solved the damage done by others in a different tim store 3 times.
You can trust them, they are available and anything done by them has never given me any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco nel negozio e chi trovo come personale? . Un energumeno calvo e con la barba, gentile e disponibile come la malaria.Al suo fianco una ragazza che ,pur non impegnata con alcun cliente,non ha profferito parola.Mah.Due stelle sono fin troppe.
I go to the shop and who do I find as staff? . A bald and bearded thug, kind and helpful as malaria. At his side a girl who, although not engaged with any client, has not uttered a word. Ah. Two stars are too many.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tre settimane fa ho smarrito il mio cellulare. Il lunedì sono andata al centro Tim del Carrefour e ho portato la copia della denuncia per farmi copiare la SIM mantenendo la stessa offerta. Purtroppo c'era stato un problema di sistema per bloccarla e non sono riusciti a farlo subito. Dopo qualche giorno hanno provato a copiarla ma non ci sono riusciti. Il problema principale non è stato tanto questo quanto il fatto che io sia rimasta per 48 ore se non di più irraggiungibile visto che non mi hanno nemmeno dato una SIM provvisoria. Per fortuna l'altro centro Tim (dove i dipendenti rispondono al telefono, al contrario dei dipendenti del centro Tim del Carrefour) dopo una settimana mi hanno dato una SIM provvisoria, mi hanno contattata e solo ieri sono riusciti a risolvere il problema. Non ho altro da aggiungere.
I lost my cell phone three weeks ago. On Monday I went to the Tim center of Carrefour and brought the copy of the complaint to have the SIM copied while keeping the same offer. Unfortunately there was a system problem to block it and they couldn't do it right away. After a few days they tried to copy it but they couldn't. The main problem was not so much this as the fact that I remained for 48 hours if not more unreachable since they didn't even give me a temporary SIM. Fortunately, the other Tim center (where the employees answer the phone, unlike the employees of the Tim center of Carrefour) after a week they gave me a temporary SIM, they contacted me and only yesterday they managed to solve the problem. I have nothing else to add.
