Chiaramente il problema sul cell di mia suocera non è stato risolto e se non chiamavo io manco si degnavano di avvisare adducendo che è il cliente che deve chiamare per sapere... Ma quando mai???? 27/07/2021 Rispondo solo ora a sto fenomeno che ha scritto solo perché non mi era arrivata la notifica ..credo sia il più giovane e più borioso dei due geni, io non sono il genio delle recensioni e tu non sei il genio dei telefoni e porta rispetto agli anziani maleducato, avessi trattato così mio padre ...e poi i clienti si avvisano genio del commerciale ...siete simpatici come due dita nel didietro ....nemmeno alle pompe funebri andreste bene a lavorare fenomeno . Meritereste 0 stelle ma per fare capire agli altri di passare oltre una bisogna metterla, e poi non siete famosi in Italia al massimo siete famigerati a malapena a Vercelli

Beh, dopo oltre un mese mi chiamano e mi dicono che non sono riusciti a trovare la batteria... Non ho voluto nemmeno dibattere... Sono andato a riprendere il telefono e le 20€ e non mi vedranno più
I bring a phone to replace a battery ... Price 40 € ... They ask me € 20 of deposit ... And they tell me it takes a month to get it ... Well, after more than a month they call me and tell me that they could not find the battery ... I did not even want to debate ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pubblicato la foto di come Pino e la combriccola mi hanno restituito il pc (dopo un mese e mezzo a suon di telefonate perchè loro non ti contattano mai).
Ora mi chiedo come potevo illudermi di una riparazione se neanche sono in grado di richiudere un pc.
Totale 15 euro per ritrovarmi un portatile da 1400 euro aperto come una scatoletta di tonno.
E ovviamente non riparato..ma non credo ne siano mai stati in grado.
La foto del computer HP è pubblicata quindi rispondete pure quello che volete ..il risultato è li da vedere

I posted the photo of how Pino and the gang gave me back the pc (after a month and a half to the sound of phone calls because they never contact you).
Now I wonder how I could have deluded myself of a repair if I am not even able to close a pc.
Total 15 euros to find a laptop from 1400 euros open like a can of tuna.
And obviously not repaired ... but I don't think they have ever been able to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono stata soddisfatta del servizio che dovevo ricevere. Per un cambio vetro display del mio Cell ho pagato 60 euro ma è stato incollato male. Da un lato era messo male e me ne sono accorta solo dopo, poiché mi è stato restituito con la batteria completamente scarica. Impensabile. Non capiterà più perché mi rivolgerò altrove.
I was not satisfied with the service I was supposed to receive. For a display glass change on my Cell I paid 60 euros but it was badly glued. On the one hand, it was in bad shape and I only noticed it later, as it was returned to me with a completely discharged battery. Unthinkable. It will never happen again because I will turn elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La riparazione del mio iPhone si è rivelata un disastro, colpa della negligenza e dell'atteggiamento superficiale dei coinvolti.
Ho fatto avanti e indietro dal negozio 6 volte perché ad ogni visita mancava o si danneggiava qualcosa di nuovo (senza che verificassero il corretto funzionamento); l'ultima volta che sono tornata mi sono sentita sbuffare in faccia e chiedere di riportare il telefono dopo il weekend poiché momentaneamente oberati: 90€ e il mio cellulare è ancora parzialmente rotto.

I went back and forth to the shop 6 times because at each visit something new was missing or damaged (without verifying that it was working correctly); the last time I came back I felt a snort in my face and ask to return the phone after the weekend because they are temporarily overworked: 90 € and my mobile is still partially broken.

Entro, posto sporchissimo, pieno di ragnatele, polvere, insetti morti sul pavimento e già volevo andare via perché la cura del luogo di lavoro dice molto. Avevo prenotato tramite il sito iFix iPhone per sostituire la batteria del mio Huawei. Parlo con un ragazzo, dicendo di aver preso appuntamento tramite questa piattaforma e mostro l'email di conferma dal sito sul mio cellulare. Mi risponde dicendo che non sa nemmeno cosa sia iFix iPhone (ma mi prendi in giro?). Accetta comunque senza fare alcuna domanda sul lavoro da fare ma solo perché avevo prenotato. Sul sito parla di un tempo di attesa di 30 minuti, ho dovuto aspettare un'ora e mezza (a cosa serve prenotare allora?). Vado a riprendere il telefono e non vi dico lo stato pietoso in cui l'ho ritrovato. Pieno di colla OVUNQUE, impronte digitali misto colla che nemmeno riuscivo a togliere perché si erano seccate sullo schermo e sulla parte posteriore del telefono. Non dico tanto ma almeno pulirlo un minimo era difficile?
Pago 39 euro che come prezzo va bene, peccato che la batteria sia esattamente uguale a prima e si scarica alla stessa velocità.
Consiglio alle persone che vogliono andare da loro: andate da un'altra parte!
Consiglio a chi ci lavora: cambiate lavoro che fate un piacere alla gente!

I enter, very dirty place, full of cobwebs, dust, dead insects on the floor and I already wanted to leave because the care of the workplace says a lot. I had booked through the iFix iPhone website to replace my Huawei battery. I talk to a guy, saying I made an appointment through this platform and I show the confirmation email from the site on my mobile. He replies by saying that he doesn't even know what iFix iPhone is (but are you kidding me?). Accept anyway without asking any questions about the work to be done but only because I had booked. On the website it mentions a waiting time of 30 minutes, I had to wait an hour and a half (what's the point of booking then?). I'm going to get the phone back and I won't tell you the pitiful state in which I found it. Filled with glue EVERYWHERE, fingerprints mixed with glue that I couldn't even remove because they had dried on the screen and on the back of the phone. I don't mean much but at least cleaning it was difficult at least?
I pay 39 euros which is fine as a price, too bad that the battery is exactly the same as before and it discharges at the same speed.
Advice to people who want to go to them: go somewhere else!
