★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio wadsl buono, prezzi ok. Ogni tanto un pochino di maggior elasticità con i clienti non sarebbe male ma comunque connessione stabile e con la velocità promessa.
Good wadsl service, ok prices. Every now and then a little more flexibility with customers would not be bad but still a stable connection and with the promised speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi siamo a Villata e purtroppo per noi siamo obbligati a tenere loro per avere Internet. Avremmo potuto passare ad Eolo se solo loro non avessero bloccato la rete con le loro antenne,giusto per avere il monopolio. Avremmo potuto avere una connessione più veloce ma i signori per potenziare la rete pretendono 24 mesi di contratto dove ovviamente se riescindi prima paga la penale.
Quando sono venuti a fare l'impianto è uscito un tecnico da solo e ho dovuto mettermi a tirare cavi per casa per aiutarlo.
Non rispondo alla mail e se lo fanno sono sgarbati.
Alla sera il massimo della velocità raggiunta è 0.6 in download e 0.3 in upload....
Questa è WinDSL... A proposito su una cosa sono puntuali...prendere i loro 50€ in banca ogni 2 mesi....

We are in Villata and unfortunately for us we are obliged to keep them for the Internet. We could have gone to Eolo if only they had not blocked the network with their antennas, just to have a monopoly. We could have a faster connection but the lords to upgrade the network claim 24 months of contract where obviously if you pay first the penalty.
When they came to do the plant, a technician came out alone and I had to start pulling cables around the house to help him.
I do not answer the email and if they do they are rude.
In the evening the maximum speed reached is 0.6 in download and 0.3 in upload ....
This is WinDSL ... About one thing are on time ... take their € 50 in the bank every 2 months ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi l'anno istallato i miei genitori per i nipotini,la linea salta sempre hanno fatto il contratto da 15 mega e viaggia sempre tra gli 1 e 6 continuiamo a chiamare ma nn risolviamo niente.
Shameful the year my parents installed for the grandchildren, the line always jumps they have made the 15 mega contract and always travels between 1 and 6 we continue to call but we do not solve anything.
