★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dall'inizio del anno 2021, ho già chiamato 3 volte per avere una consulenza inerente problemi alla rete. Per 3 volte mi hanno preso nome cognome e telefono, dicendo che mi avrebbero fatto richiamare da un loro tecnico.
Sto ancora aspettando, siamo a Febbraio. A voi ogni commento.......
Since the beginning of 2021, I have already called 3 times to get advice on network problems. 3 times they took my name, surname and telephone, saying that they would have my technician call me back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente Wifiweb da circa otto anni e voglio confermare che in provincia di Vicenza non mi affiderei ad altro operatore. Quando ci sono stati problemi sono stati risolti sempre nel migliore dei modi e in tempi accettabilissimi. Spero che arrivi presto il loro servizio di connettività in fibra ottica nel mio comune così posso aggiungere anche quello oltre a quello che già ho. Dal punto di vista tecnico non ho mai avuto problemi di traffic shaping o latenze alte nei server (considerandone ovviamente la distanza geografica). Vorrei inoltre far notare che chi recensisce qui su Google non è detto che sia cliente, molti possono essere dei troll o dei detrattori della concorrenza, non c'è un sistema di verifica di queste recensioni oltre alla risposta dell'azienda, tenetene presente.
I have been a Wifiweb customer for about eight years and I want to confirm that in the province of Vicenza I would not rely on another operator. When there were problems, they were always solved in the best way and in very acceptable times. I hope their fiber optic connectivity service will arrive soon in my municipality so I can also add that in addition to what I already have. From a technical point of view, I have never had problems with traffic shaping or high latencies in the servers (obviously considering their geographical distance). I would also like to point out that those who review here on Google are not necessarily customers, many may be trolls or competitors' detractors, there is no system for verifying these reviews in addition to the company's response, keep in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clienti wifi da ottobre/novembre 2020, ottimo provider ha sempre funzionato perfettamente a parte un unico problema la settimana scorsa dovuto ad un malfunzionamento del ripetitore risolto dopo ripetute(molte!) segnalazioni in quanto ritenevano che il problema fosse legato al sistema interno quando in realtà dopo 3 giorni hanno riscontrato dove era il problema. I malfunzionamenti, si sa, possono succedere, fidatevi magari un pó di piu quando un cliente ve li segnala.
A parte il fatto di aver dovuto insistere/stressare prima di fare i dovuti controlli in linea generale la linea è sempre costante e soddisfacente e sicuramente non si può basare un recensione solo sulle cose negative!
Tempistica di installazione e di attivazione del servizio praticamente immediata.
Wifi customers from October / November 2020, excellent provider has always worked perfectly apart from a single problem last week due to a repeater malfunction solved after repeated (many!) Reports as they believed that the problem was related to the internal system when in reality after 3 days they found where the problem was. Malfunctions, you know, can happen, trust maybe a little more when a customer reports them to you.
Apart from the fact of having had to insist / stress before doing the necessary checks, in general, the line is always constant and satisfactory and certainly you cannot base a review only on the negative things!
Practically immediate installation and activation time for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente ormai da anni, prima con il ponte radio e ora con la soluzione mista fibra + rame. Ottimo servizio e stabilità di linea.
In caso di necessità, son sempre riuscito a parlare con qualcuno in tempi brevi e a risolvere il tutto per il meglio.
Mi piace sapere che se dovessi avere dei disservizi o altro, almeno so dove sono :) e non sono costretto a passare tanto tempo al telefono con i call center.

I have been a customer for years now, first with the radio link and now with the mixed fiber + copper solution. Excellent service and line stability.
In case of need, I have always managed to talk to someone in a short time and to solve everything for the best.
I like to know that if I run into disruptions or anything, at least I know where I am :) and I don't have to spend a lot of time on the phone with call centers.

Sia con ponte radio che con rame, la connessione è stabile.
Sempre propositivi a trovare soluzioni smart, come ad esempio nel mio caso avere un backup nel caso di un guasto della rete.
E, nota importante, finalmente un fornitore di servizi web con personale "umano", con il quale si può parlare!

With both radio link and copper, the connection is stable.
Always proactive in finding smart solutions, such as in my case having a backup in the event of a network failure.
And, importantly, finally a web service provider with "human" staff you can talk to!
