Posso dire che finalmente ho trovato la soluzione adatta alle nostre necessità in tempi velocissimi, senza dover attendere i soliti tempi biblici. La mia zona non è coperta dalla fibra quindi lo staff mi ha trovato la soluzione alternativa dell'antenna e ora navigo finalmente ad una velocità che non mi sarei mai sognata con gli operatori classici. Durante la DAD i ragazzi dell'assistenza mi hanno aiutato a estendere il segnale in casa, così tutti i miei figli hanno potuto seguire le lezioni senza problemi. Da un mese ho attivato anche la fibra a 100Mb e l'antenna che mi è rimasta come backup. Alla fine ho 2 linee e ne pago una sola, una garanzia di continuità in questo periodo dove internet è indispensabile. Che dire, non cambierei per nulla al mondo, io so che quando chiamo loro ci sono SEMPRE ! 5 stelle e continuate cosi. I have been a very satisfied customer for 9 years. During the DAD the caregivers helped me to extend the signal in the house, so all my children could follow the lessons without problems. For a month I have also activated the 100Mb fiber and the antenna that I have left as a backup. In the end I have 2 lines and I pay only one, a guarantee of continuity in this period where the internet is essential. What can I say, I would not change for anything in the world, I know that when I call them they are ALWAYS! 5 stars and keep it up.
C	Corrado Menato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito in una zona dove manca completamente la copertura cablata (troppo distanti dal cabinet, anche per una semplice ADSL) e MyWiFi è l'unica opzione che mi è stato possibile attivare: per fortuna! La velocità di connessione è sufficiente per visualizzare contenuti (anche FHD) e, nonostante si tratti di un ponte radio, è stabile. Unico appunto, il rapporto con il prezzo (un po' alto rispetto alle connessioni tradizionali), ma compensato dall'OTTIMO servizio clienti, sempre pronto alla risposta. I live in an area where the wired coverage is completely missing (too far from the cabinet, even for a simple ADSL) and MyWiFi is the only option that I was able to activate: luckily! The connection speed is sufficient to view content (even FHD) and, despite being a radio link, it is stable. Only note, the relationship with the price (a bit high compared to traditional connections), but compensated by the EXCELLENT customer service, always ready to respond.

Necessitavo per lavoro dell' aggiornamento di alcuni parametri della rete fibra che mi hanno fornito, il reparto tecnico è intervenuto nel giro di qualche minuto. Competenza e apporto umano messe a disposizione sono state decisive e hanno fatto la differenza. Ne ha tratto vantaggio anche la salute, risparmiando un sacco di arrabbiature come abitualmente mi capita con altri provider. Un grazie e complimenti a tutto lo staff MyWiFi.
