★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritengo inaccettabile che una compagnia dedicata al noleggio ed ai viaggi in bus possa fare ritardi simili. Biglietto prenotato con largo anticipo con partenza alle 6 del mattino. Alle 6.45 mi ritrovo ancora in attesa. Costretto a raggiungere di corsa la stazione dei treni di Brignole fortunatamente vicina. Doveva fare da monito, una delle condizioni di viaggio in cui viene esplicitamente detto che si possono effettuare cambi di orario senza preavviso e delega delle responsabilità per eventuali coincidenze mancate a causa dei loro ritardi.
Aggiornamento importante:
Aggiorno la recensione di cui sopra. L'esperienza che vi condivido è sempre la stessa. Tornato dopo il viaggio che sono fortunatamente riuscito ad effettuare mi sono diretto subito nei loro uffici. Devo dire che sono stati impeccabili. Riconosciuto il disagio causato a me e ad altri sfortunati viaggiatori mi hanno rimborsato non solo il costo del viaggio mancato, ma anche il costo dei mezzi alternativi utilizzati per raggiungere la meta. Ringrazio per lo sforzo. Passo da 1 a 3 stelle ( 1 per il viaggio mancato, 5 per il servizio di rimborso)
I find it unacceptable that a company dedicated to rental and bus travel can make similar delays. Ticket booked well in advance starting at 6 am. At 6.45 am I am still waiting. Forced to run to the Brignole train station fortunately nearby. It had to act as a warning, one of the travel conditions in which it is explicitly stated that time changes can be made without notice and delegation of responsibilities for any missed connections due to their delays.
Important update:
I update the review above. The experience that I share with you is always the same. Back after the trip that I fortunately managed to make, I immediately headed to their offices. I have to say they were flawless. Recognizing the inconvenience caused to me and other unfortunate travelers, they reimbursed me not only the cost of the missed trip, but also the cost of the alternative means used to reach the destination. Thanks for the effort. Step from 1 to 3 stars (1 for the missed trip, 5 for the refund service)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. The bus was too small, too many luggages and smelling people. It cost me 15 euros from casale monferrato, only one way. The bus driver was very unprofessional, unpleasant and rude. You are all crazy.
