★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meglio lasciar stare e prenotare direttamente con la compagnia. All'inizio ti tartassano di chiamate ed una volta prenotato è impossibile invece contattarli e risolvere eventuali problemi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo un gruppo di livorno ....abbiamo prenotato per la prima volta con crociereonline e ci siamo trovati benissimo....sono molto professionali ...pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema che si puo trovare con una crociera prenotata 1 anno prima....faccio i miei complimenti a giuliano e a martina ...quest ultima molto carina sempre disponibile ....e pazientosa per cui ....consiglio nostro e di prenotare sempre con crociereonline e chiedere di martina o giuliano

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato per 6 coppie, volevamo stare vicini nelle camere, hanno fatto tutto alla rovescia, tutte le coppie in ponti differenti, penso non era difficile soddisfare la richiesta....
I had booked for 6 couples, we wanted to stay close in the rooms, they did everything upside down, all the couples in different bridges, I think it was not difficult to satisfy the request ....

Disponibili fino al momento di farti scegliere il prodotto, poi diventa difficile parlare, anche di fronte ad evidenti errori si negano e non trovano soluzioni ad eventuali richieste. Inoltre la nostra crociera è stata cancellata da loro per problemi tecnici, prima han cercato di farla passare come annullamento causa Covid per poter offrire un voucher, successivamente indicano 90/120gg per il rimborso, al termine dei quali ci viene detto che non sanno quando è se ci rimborseranno (5520€) fino a quando loro non verranno rimborsati dai loro fornitori(io il contratto l’ho firmato con loro). Ovviamente non è possibile parlare con nessuno se non tramite mail e non hanno un ufficio legale a cui inviare comunicazioni…non utilizzateli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non prenotate con loro!!!!! Crociera prenotata nel 2019 per il 2020. Scoppia la pandemia e per spostarla mi chiedono 50 eur a testa (siamo in tre). La fisso per il 2021, altro lock down. Questa volta aspetto perché vengo a scoprire poi che se l'avessi fatto anche la prima volta non avrei pagato le commissioni. Mi propongono un cambio itinerario che io
rifiuto ed emettono un voucher riscuotibile solo dopo 18 mesi. Ora, per caso scrivo all'operatrice, la quale mi dice che posso riscattarlo.... E meno male che ho chiamato perché dopo i 18 mesi avrei perso i miei soldi....Ora per il rimborso ci impiegheranno 90 giorni e si trattengono circa 90 eur di penali...
Peccato che si sono tenuti i miei soldi per due anni... E ci ho smenato 230 eur per nulla...Sono una truffa legalizzata. Andate nelle agenzie specializzate.!!!!!
