Molto curato l'aspetto disinfezione degli automezzi e il personale è gentile disponobile molto preparato dando le giuste indicazioni sulla scelta dell"automezzo adatto alle necessità del momento. Prenotato tramite telefono,( si può fare anche tramite internet) gli operatori sono gentilissimi e offrono alternative ai mezzi in dotazione. Mezzi nuovi ,puliti e attrezzati. Esperienza più che positiva lo consiglio per chi deve fare un viaggio o un trasporto come nel mio caso, dove ho fatto più di 1300km in 2 giorni a meno di 220€. Sono rimasta in attesa oltre 40 minuti a telefonata e l'operatore continua a sbattermi la cornetta in faccia senza nemmeno lasciarmi il tempo di dire "buongiorno". Complimenti per il servizio. Gestire meglio le prenotazioni online tra le varie filiali non sarebbe sbagliato. Risolto con altro noleggiatore Pick up on Friday at 19.00 booked with 6 days notice. Se avete bisogno di un autonoleggio o di noleggiare un furgone, rivolgetevi nella loro filiale di Genova ad Albaro e non vi pentirete. Lo raccomando vivamente. Alessandro and Stefano are exemplary employees. They treat the company as if it were theirs and therefore I cannot refrain from leaving the highest marks and score. If you need a car rental or hire a van, contact their branch in Genoa in Albaro and you will not regret. I highly recommend it.

We called their number from our English phone but they could not speak English. Wasted 4 hours on a hot day of our holiday. Carried our bags around and had to abandon in the end for a train.
