★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduled a pickup there, but they didn't have my car ready, nor any other car. I had to wait until they brought another one from the airport branch. They were prompt to fix the issue but since it had been scheduled, I rated low.

The gentleman that handled our return was very nice and very helpful in providing information to save us a few euros by taking the train to Genova Principe instead of the taxi. Thanks to Europcar staff that provides a high customer service experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two guys there were very friendly and nice. He was very thorough and detailed about explaining the car mechanics and Italian traffic rules. The checkout and return process was a breeze (about 10 minutes each). And there were no surprise or hidden charges. I will be sure to rent from them again the next time I'm traveling through Genova in Italy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car that we booked was not available and no replacement either. We had to go to another rental (competitor) even though we had a confirmed reservation!
Furthermore, the day before the pickup, as well as on the same day's morning, I was sent a reminder to pick up the car.
Europcar reimbursed us for only a portion of the extra costs, and this only after my relentless pursue. We received the compensation well over a year after the incident. Shameful customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent car, more then required. Very clean and in good condition. Return procedure very fast. The only negative point is the missing of snow chain. In my opinion from 15 November all the car rent shall have the Chian on board
