★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia mamma, anziana e sola a Intra, è stata truffata dal personale del negozio che, con la scusa di farla risparmiare ed aiutarla le ha consigliato di modificare il contratto e la linea internet. Quando é arrivata la prima fattura, quasi il doppio rispetto a quanto pagava prima, si è andata a lamentare, cortesemente come sua abitudine, mia mamma è una ex insegnante amata dai suoi alunni e colleghe, le è stato risposto che la colpa è sua! Vergognatevi ! Sarà mia cura prendere ulteriori provvedimenti. Stefania Bruno
My mother, elderly and alone in Intra, was scammed by the shop staff who, with the excuse of saving her money and helping her, advised her to change the contract and the internet line. When the first invoice arrived, almost double what she paid before, she went to complain, kindly as her habit, my mom is a former teacher loved by her students and colleagues, she was told that it is her fault! Shame on you ! It will be my responsibility to take further action. Stefania Bruno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having problems with Tim office which is situated near I visited this Vodafone office. The personnel is polite and nice. There was no queue at all, so I bought a new sim card. As I am a tourist they asked me a pass AND ATTENTION italian tax code. Of course I do not have it so they invented it:) I got the sim card after 15 min. The only negative moment is the fact that they said that my offer includes 30giga of Internet but once my sim have started to function I revealed I had only 15 giga. They fooled me. That feels bad. Overall it was not bad experience but check carefully what they offer and what they give you.
