★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio accogliente con personale disponibile. Essendo piccolino da l'impressione che sia sempre strapieno ma con pazienza se aspetti ti dedicano tempo e cercano di trovare buone soluzioni! Hanno anche messo il contapersone con il numerino. Io sono loro cliente da anni e mi trovo bene!
 Cozy shop with helpful staff. Being small, it gives the impression that it is always full but with patience, if you wait, they dedicate time and try to find good solutions! They also put the people counter on the number. I have been their customer for years and I feel good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto dei problemi con l'attivazione on-line della linea Fwa, non riuscivo a mettermi in contatto con nessun operatore e così mi sono rivolta a loro che mi hanno risolto il problema. Sono stati molto cordiali e professionali.
I had problems with the online activation of the Fwa line, I could not get in touch with any operator and so I contacted them who solved the problem. They were very friendly and professional.

Lasciamo stare l offerta attivata sulla linea fissa di casa.
Disdetto tutto addio tim .
Really dishonest, they activated my grandfather who is 85 years old a promotion of 10 € per month with 50gb and he doesn't even have a smartphone but a mobile phone for calls only.
Forget the offer activated on the home landline.
Canceled all goodbye tim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. I came at 15.15 on Saturday and it was still closed when it had to be open. I was a tourist and bought a sim card of this operator paying via their web site online. Money was charged from my card, which is confirmed by my bank but Tim did not provide me with any service. So I paid in vain. I called the operator twicely. The first time they said me to wait for a week may be, the second time after one week they said they do not know what to do and they does not have the info about payments, and they recommend me to go to the nearest Tim office. In this office I was said to call operator because the do not know what to do. But they even did not try to find the solution and avoided responsability. At the end of the day, I was recommended to SEND A FAX with the bill and my passport to the main office of Tim.
So, during my vacation in Italy I had to find !a fax! trying to refund my 30 euros. They do not have any e-mail for electronic correspondence from the clients.
Guys, avoid Tim and avoid this office in Verbania as they avoid their clients and do not respect them.:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the staff rude and condescending. I'm not Italian but I can speak with an accent as soon as she realised this she switched off and choose to be unhelpful and not listen to my query. Very suprised by this as with the customer bedore me, who was Italian, she was very helpful and smiling all the time. Obviously I was the wrong nationality.
