Per via della pandemia Covid-19 abbiamo telefonato la scorsa settimana e ci hanno detto che ricevevano solo su appuntamento; abbiamo quindi preso appuntamento per oggi alle 15.30 e arrivati lì abbiamo trovato il negozio chiuso con un cartello "siamo aperti da lunedì a sabato su appuntamento, telefonare al numero...." abbiamo chiamato e il signore ci ha detto che oggi erano chiusi e alla nostra domanda del perché non ci avevano avvisato visto che avevamo un appuntamento ci ha risposto malissimo... Fate direttamente on-line sul sito fastweb molto meglio e non perdete 1 ora (come nel nostro caso) per arrivare li e poi dover tornare indietro!
Bad service! Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, we phoned last week and they told us that they only received by appointment; so we made an appointment for today at 15.30 and arrived there we found the shop closed with a sign "we are open from Monday to Saturday by appointment, call the number ...." we called and the gentleman told us that today they were closed and to our question of why they had not warned us since we had an appointment he answered very badly ... Do directly online on the fastweb site much better and do not waste 1 hour (as in our case) to get there and then have to go back !

Poi senza degnarmi di attenzione è andato al bar di fianco a Verdi un caffè senza neanche rivolgermi lo sguardo!!!???

Quando ho chiesto di annullare il tutto e cercare altrove, con tutta arroganza e mal educazione mi hanno detto di non mettere mai più i piedi dentro il loro negozio. Questa è la loro professionalità... complimenti !
