★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto che è un centro Tim, si presume che il costo di un'operazione abbia lo stesso importo, indipendentemente dal luogo. A Padova, centro tim di via San Canziano, un cambio di intestazione sim costa 15 €; in questo centro, invece, aggiungono 5 € di non comprensibile "servizio banco".
Since it is a Tim center, the cost of an operation is assumed to be the same regardless of location. In Padua, tim center in via San Canziano, a change of SIM registration costs € 15; in this center, however, they add 5 € of incomprehensible "counter service".

Sono tornata in questo negozio circa 20 giorni fa per chiedere informazioni sul trasloco di una linea telefonica. Mi è stato detto dalla commessa molto gentilmente che il trasloco della linea viene fatto solo all' interno della stessa via. Cambiando paese era quindi necessario provvedere con la disdetta. Provvedo con la disdetta e la riattivazione di una nuova linea nel nuovo indirizzo di residenza. Stamattina vengo contattata dal 187 che mi dice, spiegando situazione e luoghi, che il trasloco era assolutamente possibile. Risultato? 160€ che potevano essere risparmiati.
I state that I have been here before but I have never had any particular problems. I went back to this shop about 20 days ago to ask about moving a telephone line. I was very kindly told by the saleswoman that the moving of the line is done only inside the same street. Changing country was therefore necessary to provide with the cancellation. I arrange for the cancellation and reactivation of a new line in the new residential address. This morning I am contacted by 187 who tells me, explaining the situation and places, that the move was absolutely possible. Result? 160 € that could have been saved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver parlato più volte con l'operatore del 119 per avere una certezza (4 Chiamate) per il costo gratuito del subentro della linea mobile, ed aver avuto per tutte e 4 le volte la conferma della gratuità dell’operazione mi sono recato presso questo punto vendita; la commessa mi ha chiesto invece 20€ per fare l'operazione.
io le ho riferito di che avevo precedentemente chiamato il sevizio clienti 119 che il servizio era gratuito.
la risposta dell'addetta è stata,” qui da noi ha un costo di 20€ se non le va bene di andare da un altro operatore.”
After having talked several times with the 119 operator to be sure (4 Calls) for the free cost of taking over the mobile line, and having had the confirmation of the free operation for all 4 times, I went to this point of sale; the saleswoman instead asked me for € 20 to do the operation.
I told her that I had previously called customer service 119 that the service was free.
the answer of the assistant was, "here it costs 20 € if you are not happy to go to another operator."

Devo ammettere che mi hanno tolto da un grave impiccio. Ho chiesto il trasloco linea al 187 ma dopo mesi di attesa vengo a scoprire che non era fattibile per problemi tecnici. Meglio fidarsi di una persona che hai davanti anziche’ di operatori telefonici! Tante promesse ma zero fatti!
La gentilezza e preparazione ci sono sempre! Anche i clienti dovrebbero esserlo sempre ma mi sono resa conto in due volte che mi sono recata in negozio che molte persone sono maleducate! Venditrici comunque pazienti che rispondono sempre con gentilezza anche se dall’altra parte non ricevono altrettanto. Molto brave consiglio
Finally a Tim shop with competent staff always with a smile.
I have to admit they got me out of a big mess. I asked to move the line to 187 but after months of waiting I find that it was not feasible due to technical problems. Better to trust a person in front of you rather than telephone operators! Many promises but zero facts!
Kindness and preparation are always there! Customers should always be too, but I realized twice that I went to the shop that a lot of people are rude! However patient salespeople who always respond with kindness even if they do not receive the same on the other side. Very good advice
