E	Emiliano Emiliano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena uscito da questo negozio ben fornito ma dove il personale ( non di cassa ) è assolutamente scortese e impreparato con la clientela , lavoro come responsabile in un supermercato della grande distribuzione e la prima cosa che insegnamo al nostro personale la nostra missione è la cortesia ,il saluto ,il sorriso, cose fondamentali se si vuole lavorare con il pubblico , altrimenti consiglio di cambiare lavoro soprattutto al ragazzo che nel nuovo reparto con accessori per l 'antinfortunistica mi ha letteralmente travolto senza nemmeno chiedere scusa e nonostante gli abbia fatto notare l'accaduto mi ha anche guardato con aria minacciosa ,davvero pazzesco se si pensa che ero entrato per acquistare un paio di scarpe. Considerando che in zona non c'è un altro negozio simile non è male. Prices in line with other brikos or similar. Wide but not complete assortment compared to other DIY stores. Amo molto l'area riservata ai giardini, davvero ben fornita sia dalle pietre,che ai gazebo e a tutto ciò che occorre per recinzioni e coperture. Negozio grande davvero. Fine ottobre circa, insieme ad uno staff del Eurobrico Ho comprato dei mobili del bagno completo di tutto mi ha detto 20 giorni circa, fine novembre chiamo niente non è ancora arrivato niente mi hanno detto di aspettare la chiamata, Dopodiché chiamo i primi di dicembre niente da fare Mi hanno detto di nuovo di aspettare la mia chiamata allora ho aspettato aspettato passato le feste 28 dicembre chiamo per sapere che fine ha fatto immobile perché tanto che aspett e avevo abbastanza urgenza e loro commesso fa un attimo controllo in magazzino trovano il mio mobile,, e allora mi ha detto che non sono stato avvisato perché non c'era il numero di telefono si sono dimenticati di scriverlo Premetto che ho pagato in anticipo. Dopodiché che mi arriva il mobile presso il mio domicilio trovo anche dei difetti cerco di chiamare e parlare con il vicedirettore per risolvere questo problema e lui mi ha detto e guardi se ne parla a metà gennaio.. Invia un'email con i difetti del mobile e aspetto una risposta ad oggi niente Io nel frattempo mi sono fatto sistemare immobile dal mio falegname e l'ho già montato... Adesso non sto qua a dirvi tutte quante la storia in esso che io ho pagato il mobile il trasporto e in più ho dovuto pagare il falegname per farmi sistemare un danno loro.. Mai più entrerò a Brico di Conselve visto che ero un cliente assiduo adesso Ciao ciao I state that usually I never review but this time I will do it ..
