Appena entrati siamo stati accolti e dopo un giro nella vasta area espositiva abbiamo fatto un colloquio con un consulente. Soddisfatti abbiamo concluso la nostra visita con l'accordo di ricevere un disegno con preventivo di quanto c'era stato illustrato. La mail doveva arrivare il martedì successivo alla visita, ma questo non è successo in quanto ci ha telefonato il consulente dicendoci che avrebbe ritardato qualche giorno, e fin qui nulla di strano. Son passati mesi e non vedendo più nessun movimento, li abbiamo contattati telefonicamente e successivamente ci siamo ripresentati nella sede di San Pietro Viminario chiedendo notizie a riguardo del nostro preventivo. Il consulente che ci aveva seguiti si è subito scusato e ci ha detto che non aveva preparato il preventivo in quanto non si ricordava di che cucina si trattasse (ammesso e non concesso fosse vera questa teoria, bastava un colpo di telefono per risolvere il dilemma visto che avevamo lasciato i dati nostri). Abbiamo fatto memoria dell'incontro precedente e ci ha confermato che entro una settimana ci sarebbe arrivato tutto il materiale richiesto. Bene, è passato più di un mese e ancora non abbiamo ricevuto nulla. Mi dispiace molto ma cosi non ci si comporta, non è assolutamente segno di serietà da parte dell'azienda. As soon as we entered we were greeted and after a tour of the vast exhibition area we had an interview with a consultant. Satisfied we concluded our visit with the agreement to receive a drawing with an estimate of what had been illustrated. The e-mail was due to arrive on the Tuesday following the visit, but this did not happen as the consultant phoned telling us that he would delay a few days, and so far nothing strange. Months have gone by and no longer seeing any movement, we contacted them by telephone and then we returned to the offices of San Pietro Viminario asking for news about our budget. The consultant who had followed us immediately apologized and told us that he had not prepared the budget as he did not remember what kitchen it was (admitted and not granted this theory was true, a phone call was enough to solve the dilemma seen that we had left our data). We recalled the previous meeting and confirmed that we would receive all the material requested within a week. Well, it's been over a month and we haven't received anything yet. I am very sorry but this way we do not behave, it is absolutely not a sign of seriousness on the part of the company.
