Ma con l ultimo acquisto di un cellulare ho avuto dei problemi: praticamente da subito ha avuto problemi lo schermo quando abbassato la luminosità lo schermo diventava a strisce verdi e sflesciava e poi ogni tanto quando ricevevo o effettuato una chiamata o audio WhatsApp il microfono non funzionava, dovevo riavviare il telefono. Lo hanno spedito all assistenza ma ormai è un mese che ce l hanno, la commessa mi aveva detto che in 7/ 10 giorni me lo restituivano ma quando chiamo mi rispondono tutti la stessa cosa " ci sono dei ritardi" booo!!!
I have always been a customer and I have always enjoyed myself. But with the last purchase of a mobile phone I had some problems: practically immediately the screen had problems when I turned down the brightness the screen became green striped and faded and then every now and then when I received or made a call or WhatsApp audio the microphone did not work , I had to restart the phone. They sent it to assistance but they have had it for a month now, the saleswoman told me that in 7/10 days they would return it to me but when I call they all answer the same thing "there are delays" booo !!!
