Cerco di contattare telefonicamente senza esito, un numero è inesistente mentre l' altro suona sempre libero e nessuno risponde.
Mi sono dovuto recare una seconda volta in negozio e con una nuova SIM non è cambiato nulla.
After 36 hours from the purchase of the new SIM, the number was not activated by the operator in question.
I try to contact by phone without result, a number is non-existent while the other always rings and no one answers.

Ci sono stato due volte. L'atteggiamento è immediatamente di quelli che sono infastiditi perché sei entrato. Una bella accoglienza! Poi quando esponi il problema e chiedi informazioni ti rispondono con sufficienza come se sono cose che il cliente dovrebbe sapere e non fossero loro quelli che ti devono informare. Personale inutile, sarcastico e sfaticato. Probabilmente non hanno bisogno di guadagnarsi da vivere ma in ogni caso meglio cambino lavoro. Pessimi!

I've been there twice. The attitude is immediately of those who are annoyed because you entered. A nice welcome! Then when you expose the problem and ask for information they answer you sufficiently as if they are things that the customer should know and they were not the ones who should inform you. Useless, sarcastic and tired staff. They probably don't need to earn a living but in any case they better change jobs. Bad!

Nel cambiare il gestore del cellulare, trasferiscono il credito residuo in automatico (in altri centri, se non richiesto non lo fanno e non puoi più recuperare i soldi) e disattivano anche i servizi aggiuntivi inutili e a pagamento che i gestori attivano in automatico.
In più, al contrario del negozio ufficiale dell'operatore a cui mi ero rivolto al centro Le Isole, QUESTI avevano le SIM! (IMPENSABILE dover aspettare 1 settimana per avere una SIM perché in un negozio ufficiale le hanno finite!)
Costo per il cambio operatore conveniente (anche più di alcuni negozi ufficiali).

When changing the manager of the mobile phone, they transfer the residual credit automatically (in other centers, if not requested they do not and you can no longer recover the money) and also deactivate the unnecessary and paid additional services that the managers activate automatically.
In addition, unlike the official operator's shop to which I turned to the Le Isole center, THESE had SIM cards! (UNBELIEVABLE to have to wait 1 week to get a SIM because they ran out of an official store!)
Cost for the convenient operator change (even more than some official stores).

Sono tutti fantastici ed hanno un po di tutto non solo per i cellulari. Mi sono rivolto a loro per un problema al mio cellulare e devo riconoscere che, anche nelle riparazioni sono veloci e i prezzi sono onesti. Consiglio un giretto a tutti. I prossimi acquisti o riparazioni terranno sicuramente presente il vostro negozio. (una nota per gusto personale, il negozio bellissimo, pulito e ben fornito!)
A heartfelt thanks to all the staff for the kindness and professionalism shown. An assistance and customer care that I could define perfect and quality. They are all fantastic and have a bit of everything not just for mobile phones. I turned to them for a problem with my cell phone and I have to admit that even in the repairs are fast and the prices are fair. I recommend a ride to everyone. The next purchases or repairs will certainly keep your store in mind. (a note for personal taste, the shop is beautiful, clean and well stocked!)
