Mai un problema, mai una disconnessione. Personalmente lo consiglio a tutti, felicissimo di questo provider….la linea spesso è “sotto sforzo” e non c’è mai stato un calo di prestazioni.
Provare per credere e non pensate che magri, essendo una realtà più piccola, o poco conosciuta, rispetto i soliti grandi nomi non sia alla loro altezza…anzi, la differenza sta proprio nella cura che riservano a tutti i clienti!

Never a problem, never a disconnection. Personally, I recommend it to everyone, very happy with this provider .... the line is often "under strain" and there has never been a drop in performance.
Seeing is believing and do not think that thin, being a smaller or little known reality, compared to the usual big names is not at their height ... indeed, the difference lies in the care they reserve for all customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio sempre presente. Sono loro cliente da circa 10 anni e sono soddisfatto del servizio. Sono attenti al cliente e rapidissimi nel risolvere il problema (quella rara volta che si presenta). La connessione è sempre andata una meraviglia. consigliatissimi!.

In aggiunta per un qualsiasi tipo di problema tecnico l'assistenza risulta super disponibile e risponde in tempi fin troppo brevi aprendo un ticket tramite il loro sito e risolvendo all'istante i problemi riscontrati. 100% consigliato!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abitiamo in una zona poco servita dai servizi, ma con Wifi4All abbiamo risolto egregiamente. Anche successivamente quando ho avuto bisogno di ampliare la portata del segnale in casa, grazie alla loro fantastica assistenza ho preso un Extender di segnale e pur essendo un'imbranata digitale, mi hanno seguito, spiegato e aiutato con pazienza infinita fino a risolvere (una volta per tutte spero!) il problema. Super raccomandati! Meritano un vassoio di paste questi ragazzi!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stanco di problemi di connessione con un altro operatore con cui avevo una FTTC 100 che non ha mai superato i 23, sono passato a loro ad agosto di quest'anno.
L'assistenza è stata OTTIMA e il servizio di installazione presso la mia abitazione IMPECCABILE.
Ho contrattato per una FTTH a 300 e sono molto ma molto soddisfatto.
Messa sotto torchio, con me al lavoro, la bimba in dad e la compagna a guardare serie TV le prestazioni sono state PERFETTE.
Complimenti a questa realtà di cui essere orgogliosi perché far parte del nostro territorio!

Tired of connection problems with another operator with whom I had an FTTC 100 that never exceeded 23, I switched to them in August of this year.
The assistance was EXCELLENT and the installation service at my home IMPECCABLE.
I bargained for an FTTH at 300 and am very, very satisfied.
Put under the pressure, with me at work, the baby in dad and her partner watching TV series, the performances were PERFECT.
Congratulations to this reality to be proud of because it is part of our territory!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio di connettività ad internet buono, accessori forniti a corredo della linea di marca (fritzbox) e ad un buon prezzo in quanto gia configurati e pronti all'uso, il tecnico installatore è stato professionale (anche se lo conoscevo già essendo stato lo stesso tecnico che mi ha messo l'antenna di sky in una vecchia casa), punto a favore è che, parlando appunto di sky, la versione "senza parabola" funziona senza problemi con la linea di 4all, cosa che non succedeva col mio precedente operatore che ho dovuto disdire proprio per quello in quanto sulla casa nuova avevo messo quel servizio e non funzionava. Metto solo 4 stelle anzichè 5 perchè voglio prima provareil servizio per un po' di tempo, ma per ora, dopo qualche giorno, non ha dato nessun problema e funziona tutto a dovere.
Good internet connectivity service, accessories supplied with the brand line (fritzbox) and at a good price as already configured and ready to use, the installer was professional (even if I already knew him having been the same technician that put me the antenna of sky in an old house), the point in favor is that, speaking of sky, the version "without parabola" works without problems with the 4all line, which did not happen with my previous operator who I had to cancel for that because I had put that service on the new house and it didn't work. I only put 4 stars instead of 5 because I first want to try the service for a while, but for now, after a few days, it hasn't given any problems and everything works fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi si è rotto il vecchio router installato ancora nel 2011 e ne ho richiesto uno nuovo sempre presso la Net Global. Con l'assistenza di questa azienda del tecnico Giuseppe non ho avuta nessuna difficoltà alla sostituzione, il tecnico si è attivato per ogni mia necessità. Assistenza tecnica molto valida ma non solo. Nelle zone non coperte dall'Adsl dai noti operatori, 4ALL garantisce una buona ricezione.
My old router, still installed in 2011, broke and I requested a new one from Net Global. With the assistance of this company of the technician Giuseppe I had no difficulty in replacing, the technician was activated for my every need. Very good technical assistance but not only. In areas not covered by the ADSL by well-known operators, 4ALL guarantees good reception.
