★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non siamo esperti di telefonia e cercavamo un consiglio ma la nostra esigenza non è stata capita anche se abbiamo spiegato tre volte la nostra situazione. Poi abbiamo deciso di fare quello che volevamo noi. Il ragazzo che ci ha fatto il contratto si é dimenticato di dirci una cosa importante.
We are not telephony experts and we were looking for advice but our need was not understood even though we explained our situation three times. Then we decided to do what we wanted. The guy who made the contract forgot to tell us something important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nn so dove trovano i dipendenti (maleducati e arroganti). Io per una sostituzione della sim ho dovuto aspettare un settimana per niente. Oggi sono ritornato in negozio e la loro risposta è stata "se vuole le ridiamo i suoi soldi" anziché ricevere delle scuse e risolvere il problema. Alla prima occasione cambierò gestore. E nn finisce qui pk spargero la voce. ?
I don't know where they find employees (rude and arrogant). I had to wait a week for nothing to replace the sim. Today I returned to the store and their response was "if you want to laugh his money" instead of receiving an apology and fix the problem. At the first opportunity I will change manager. E nn end here pk unsatisfied. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Sono stata ieri per avere info sulle tariffe e mi è stata offerta una soluzione. Oggi sono tornata per aderire all'offerta e non sono stati in grado di ripetermi le condizioni elencate ieri. La risposta finale è stata che lì vicino c'è iliad e potevo andare là.
Bad service. I went yesterday to get info on the rates and I was offered a solution. Today I returned to join the offer and they were unable to repeat the conditions listed yesterday. The final answer was that iliad is nearby and I could go there.
