Competente e gentile, ha fatto guadagnare un nuovo cliente a questo negozio!
Friendly staff, Tamara if I remember correctly, took two minutes for me even though she was busy, listened to me and recommended the shoes that suited her best for my work.
Knowledgeable and kind, she gained a new customer to this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E da tanti anni che vado in quel negozio . Mi sono trovata abbastanza bene. Ma oggi mi sono veramente arrabbiata con una commessa che non ha capito bene il mio nome e mi ha "consigliato" di pronunciarlo bene prossima volta. Io mi sono oferta di fare anche lo spelling. Lo trovo assurdo che una commessa di un negozio si permette di parlare così a una cliente. Lo trovata molto maleducata e non voglio pensare che forse c'era un po' di razzismo .
And for many years I've been going to that store. I found myself quite well. But today I got really mad at a saleswoman who didn't understand my name well and "advised" me to pronounce it right next time. I offer to do spelling too. I find it absurd that a shop assistant is allowed to talk like that to a client. He found it very rude and I don't want to think that maybe there was a little racism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione ad andare nel periodo dei saldi! Attraggono la clientela mettendo cartelli con scritto '50% alla cassa'. Poi alla cassa applicano uno sconto minore. Chiedendo spiegazioni, mi è stato detto che il cartello riporta in piccolo la dicitura 'fino al'!!!
Questa mancanza di chiarezza comporta inevitabilmente perdita di clienti
