★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispondono dopo numerose telefonate. Un amico disabile ha acquistato un telefono in garanzia e dopo aver avuto 2 problemi al secondo si è sentito dire che il telefono è ossidato e formalmente fuori garanzia per l'eventuale sostituzione. Peccato che i soldi erano che ha pagato siano buoni.
 They answer after numerous phone calls. A disabled friend bought a phone under warranty and after having 2 problems per second he was told that the phone is oxidized and formally out of warranty for possible replacement. Too bad the money he paid is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un contratto di prova per un mese della linea fissa richiedendo se ci fosse qualcosa di superiori in termini di velocità alla mia attuale 20mega, la risposta è stata: non vi è la fibra ma si può fare questa connessione via radio che è molto buona con presa fino a 100 mega ed ottima stabilità. Il risultato è stato una connessione che saltava da 2 di download a 35, con una stabilità in termini di ping da far venir voglia di tornare al 3G. Il problema sorge ora, al momento della firma in negozio per la mia prova ho chiesto, che costi ci sono di ogni genere se io dovessi voler disdire tutto? Risposta: nessuno se fatto entro o 30gg, ad oggi mi ritrovo ad essere fuori dal negozio Vodafone con 72 euro di modem da pagare perché ne ho usufruito e con una assistenza telefonica per clienti inesistente, ho letteralmente chiamato 28 volete il negozio Vodafone della mia città partendo dalla mattina fino alle 18.15 di oggi e nessuno mi ha mai risposto, al che ho detto, dato che mi trovo qui in negozio da loro, perché non provare a chiamare e vedere come vanno le cose… Risposta: nessun telefono esistente per permettere ai clienti di chiamare. Pessima esperienza e servizio.
