★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’anno scorso ho acquistato qui un iPhone XS, sono entrata chiedendo quello quindi non ho fatto perdere nemmeno tempo al commesso. Quando sono arrivata in cassa, mentre gli davo la mia carta di credito ha ironicamente fatto riferimento alla poca convenienza degli iPhone, dopo mi ha anche chiesto se volevo fare un’assicurazione aggiuntiva e quando gli ho detto di no mi ha guardata come se non fossi normale. Voleva vendermi anche la cover e gli ho detto no grazie, e mi ha detto: come vuoi.
Io ero intenzionata ad acquistare il telefono e per determinati motivi sono passata ad un iPhone, questo di certo non dovrebbe interessare al commesso soprattutto in fase di pagamento (pessima mossa). Trattare il cliente con questa superficialità mi fa pensare che nei negozi ci sia sempre più spesso il personale sbagliato, motivo per cui molti ormai scelgono di acquistare online. Ovviamente cover e vetro protettivo li ho acquistati online risparmiando come sicuramente anche i commessi sanno, ma se fosse stato gentile magari avrei speso qualcosa in più e avrei preso tutto insieme. Purtroppo online si riceve più assistenza che nei negozi fisici, peccato!

I was willing to buy the phone and for certain reasons I switched to an iPhone, this certainly should not interest the clerk especially during the payment phase (bad move). Treating the customer with this superficiality makes me think that in stores there are more and more often the wrong staff, which is why many now choose to buy online. Obviously, I bought the cover and protective glass online, saving money as even the shop assistants know, but if he had been kind, maybe I would have spent a little more and I would have taken everything together. Unfortunately, you receive more assistance online than in physical stores, too bad!
