★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribile esperienza nel negozio di Valdagno, incompetenti, non hanno manco idea di che piani telefonici offe Wind. Ho dovuto rivolgermi a Thiene per far sistemare i danni che mi hanno arrecato. Sconsigliassimo.
 Terrible experience in the Valdagno shop, incompetent, they have no idea what phone plans Wind offers. I had to turn to Thiene to have the damage done to me fixed. We do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La disponibilità e le proposte al singolo cliente avrebbero bisogno di maggior chiarezza, facile per loro che vivono a tu per tu in casa Wind/Tre proporre delle proposte oramai stradette ma meno facile per il cliente non abituale realizzare ciò che stanno comprando.. Il cliente dovrebbe essere informato sui costi effettivi dei contratti compresi tutti gli oneri, spese IVA fatturazione e quant'altro..
The availability and proposals to the individual customer would need greater clarity, easy for them who live face to face in the Wind / Tre house to propose proposals that are now narrow but less easy for the non-habitual customer to realize what they are buying. should be informed about the actual costs of the contracts including all charges, VAT billing charges and so on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispettati i termini del contratto in quanto a pagamento( ho pagato in un mese 10 € in più e il ragazzo non ha saputo aiutarmi a capire il perché). Attenzione a non mandare mail perché prima mi dice che non arrivano, poi cambia versione:le cestinano senza leggere se non hanno allegati ( detto dal ragazzo). Riferisce infine che mi fa un piacere ad aiutarmi poiché non è tenuto a farlo( ma io il contratto l'ho fatto da loro e la faccia in teoria ce la mettono se non pago quanto pattuito).
Davvero un grande BAH.
Not respected the terms of the contract in terms of payment (I paid 10 € more in a month and the boy could not help me understand why). Be careful not to send mail because first it tells me that they don't arrive, then it changes version: they trash them without reading if they have no attachments (said by the boy). Finally, he reports that it gives me a pleasure to help me since he is not required to do so (but I made the contract by them and in theory they put it there if I don't pay what was agreed).
Really a great BAH.

Mi hanno fatto perdere più di 120€
Ci sono voluti 5 mesi prima che riescano, lasciandomi per quasi 1 con un altro numero. Per 3 mesi ho dovuto pagare un numero in più e la loro incompetenza mi hanno fatto pagare pure una penale dalla wind.
Ovviamente non mi hanno voluto rimborsare. Alla mia richiesta di rimborso la prima volta il titolare ha detto che mi faceva sapere e successivamente nemmeno mi rispondeva.
A tutto questo c'è da dire che il cellulare che volevo non c'era per cui ho dovuto sceglierne un altro che tra l'altro andava male e che è stato qualche settimana in assistenza lasciandomi senza.
E comunque non ho ancora la certezza che questa disavventura sia finita o che siano altri problemi...

They made me lose more than € 120
It took 5 months for them to succeed, leaving me for almost 1 with another number. For 3 months I had to pay an extra number and their incompetence made me pay a penalty from the wind.
Obviously they didn't want to refund me. When I asked for a refund the first time, the owner said he let me know and then didn't even answer me.
To all this it must be said that the cell phone I wanted was not there so I had to choose another one which, among other things, was bad and that was a few weeks in assistance leaving me without.
And anyway, I'm still not sure that this misadventure is over or that there are other problems ...
