★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte gli 8 giorni per avere un rispondo negativo per quanto riguarda la riparazione del mio cellulare. Cosa ben peggiore è stata la mancanza di comunicazione che c'è stata tra il tecnico e il cliente (cioè io). Credo sia importante essere presenti e reattivi nel gestire il cliente.
 Apart from 8 days to get a negative response regarding my cell phone repair. Worse was the lack of communication between the technician and the customer (ie me). I believe it is important to be present and reactive in managing the customer.
