★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto una brutta esperienza, devo sostituire un telefono chiedendo il trasferimento di tutti i dati. La ragazza, molto gentilmente mi dice che si può fare e mi consiglia un prodotto idoneo e con memoria superiore.....
Prova a fare il trasferimento, ma quando mi consegna il telefono....nulla e a buon fine.
Ritorno il giorno successivo, trovo altra persona, che dopo mille giustificativi non riesce a fare operazione, mi affido ad un tecnico esterno e vengo a scoprire che il prodotto venduto addirittura non rispecchia le caratteristiche promesse. Riconoscono l'errore solo dopo che manifesto la volontà di percorrere azione legale, omaggiando una micro SD per compensare la memoria del telefono e riconoscendo l'errore.
Un consiglio.... (A parte la poca competenza tecnica delle ragazze, comunque molto gentili) sul lavoro tutti sbagliamo... Il miglior rimedio sarebbe un po' di umiltà e volontà di risolvere il problema. Non devo rivolgermi ad un Avvocato per una schedina da 30 €..... La cosa fa ridere....
Comunque con un po' di esperienza commerciale e soprattutto tecnica sono sicuro che migliorate.

He tries to make the transfer, but when he hands me the phone .... nothing is successful.
Back the next day, I find another person, who after a thousand justifications fails to do the operation, I rely on an external technician and I find that the product sold does not even reflect the promised characteristics. They recognize the error only after they show the will to take legal action, paying homage to a micro SD to compensate for the phone's memory and recognizing the error.
A tip .... (Apart from the lack of technical competence of the girls, however very kind) at work we all make mistakes ... The best remedy would be a little humility and willingness to solve the problem. I don't have to go to a lawyer for a 30 € ticket ..... It makes you laugh ....
However, with a bit of commercial and above all technical experience, I'm sure you will improve.
