Al termine dei lavori mi è stato riconsegnato un telefono completamente rovinato a causa della colla scadente utilizzata che mi ha lasciato con la back cover rialzata, con la sostanza tranquillamente visibile e con i cristalli liquidi ancora rotti perché per sistemarli avrei dovuto "pagare di più a parte". Successivamente mi sono informata e con la sostituzione dello schermo, venivano automaticamente sostituiti anche i cristalli. Chissà come mai nel mio telefono erano ancora presenti. Infastidita ma comunque tenendo in considerazione che errare è umano, ho riportato il telefono in negozio per risistemato e dopo una sfilza di parole per spostare la colpa del lavoro sbagliato al caldo inteso dell'estate, alla seconda riparazione mi è stato dato di nuovo un telefono pieno di colla, con la parte posteriore rialzata e continue parole giustificatorie. Giorni fa sono andata a far sistemare il telefono ormai rovinato e mi è stato fatto notare come i bordi interni ed esterni, la batteria e tutti i marchingegni presenti fossero interamente ricoperti di colla e di una sostanza nera. Inutile dire che il signore da cui sono andata adesso è davvero competente e ONESTO e dopo più di un'ora e mezza passata a ripulire il telefono è tornato come nuovo. Annoyed but still taking into account that to err is human, I took the phone back to the shop for rearrangement and after a slew of words to shift the blame for the wrong job to the heat of summer, at the second repair I was given a phone again full of glue, with a raised back and constant justificatory words. Days ago I went to have the now damaged phone fixed and it was pointed out to me that the inner and outer edges, the battery and all the gadgets present were entirely covered with glue and a black substance. Needless to say, the gentleman I went to is now really knowledgeable and HONEST and after more than an hour and a half of cleaning up the phone it's back as good as new.
