Ho acquistato un anello è un bracciale per un regalo, chiedendo espressamente se l'anello, nel caso fosse risultato grande, si sarebbe potuto cambiare. La commessa mi ha assicurato che nel caso avrebbero potuto ordinare un anello piu piccolo senza problemi.
Oggi la persona a cui l'ho regalato è andata con lo scontrino regalo apposta per farsene ordinare uno più piccolo e... sorpresa! Le viene detto che non hanno lo stesso anello di una misura più piccola e non possono ordinarlo!!
Sicuramente non tornerò più ad acquistare qui.
Very bad experience.

Today the person to whom I gave it go with the gift receipt to do with it on purpose to order a smaller and ... surprise! It is told that they do not have the same ring of a smaller size and can not order !!
I will certainly not be buying here again.
