Ho comprato la scheda di tim, e richiesto il cambio dell'operatore con la salvezza del numero, è stato detto che il numero si deve cambiare in 2 giorni! Ne sono già passati 11, ho chiamato diverse volte, sono pure andata di nuovo al negozio!! Sconsiglio assolutamente il negozio Il servizio è pessissimo!!!!!! Purtroppo non posso dire la stessa cosa riguardo alla proprietaria (Cristina) che si è dimostrata più volte incompetente, arrogante e alle domande risponde in modo evasivo ed anche in modo poco educato. Oltretutto quando non era in grado di rispondere sul caso in oggetto in modo chiaro, ha detto con tono alto, che sarebbe un problema se dovesse perdere tanto tempo per dare spiegazioni ad ogni cliente......
