I have been (and also my family) in this "place" several times until some time ago and in every occasion I have found little courtesy and little competence and little cooperation, I prefer to do a few more km and go to another center.

Tempo due settimane sono tornato di corsa alla Tim e mi hanno fatto una offerta ancora più conveniente. Sempre i migliori ... Negozio consigliato e persone corrette.. Fatte grande ATTENZIONE !!! I nostri dati non sappiamo dove finiscono! Abbiamo firmato una proposta di attivazione e non ci hanno consegnato la copia firmata da noi dicendo che la Tim non prevede la consegna di ciò che firmiamo (contro la legge). Abbiamo chiamato la Tim e non è vero...qualsiasi operatore di un centro Tim o qualsiasi altro centro , ci deve consegnare la copia di tutto ciò che firmiamo. I signori del centro Tim di Salò via Garibaldi, alle nostre insistenze, ci hanno consegnato la proposta di attivazione FIRMATA DA LORO con il nostro nome ! La signora ci ha confermato di averla firmata lei...IL CONSENSO SULLA PRIVACY E RICHIESTE INSERITE FIRMATE DALLA SIGNORA CON IL NOSTRO NOME ! Che fine ha fatto il modulo con la nostra firma ??? CHE FINE FANNO I NOSTRI DATI ???? Dobbiamo denunciare immediatamente alle forze dell'ordine che vengano bloccate qualsiasi richiesta avranno fatto con i nostri dati! Fatte ATTENZIONE !! Fatevi dare la copia dei documenti che firmate perché inviano falsificano la vostra firma !!! Hanno fatto richiesta del modem nonostante l'abbiamo detto che non ci serve. Tornando in negozio per restituirlo, i signori si rifiutano di darci la ricevuta del ritiro....DOMANDA : in che mondo siamo ????? Speriamo tanto che saranno presi i giusti provvedimenti, sia da parte di Tim che dalla legge !!! Anyway, they work badly and on Saturday they are not even open to go and give us the money back. I and my friend want our € 80 back
