★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto a fare ripararare il cellulare in data 22 gennaio, pago in anticipo la riparazione, tempi previsti per la riparazione una settimana. Ritiro, dopo vari tentativi, il cellulare in data 19 maggio, non riparato, smontato e scopro che mancano dei componenti. Unica cosa mi hanno restituito la spesa. Vergognosi... Voto 0...xché meno non posso.

Questo significa mettersi nei panni del cliente a cercare la soluzione ad ogni problema.

Per motivi personali non mi è stato possibile ritirare il mio telefono in riparazione per circa due mesi e alla fine si preso più soldi di quelli preventivati. Probabilmente per 40 euro tenere fermo un telefono é a rischio fallimento. Poi mia madre ha combinato qualcosa con l'iPhone e le chiede una password all'accensione che lei non si ricorda, lui ha insinuato che il telefono sia stato RUBATO!!! Complimenti. MI FERMO QUA CHE È MEGLIO. Ho messo una stella perché di meno non si può.
