Tutto lo staff, sempre pronto con una soluzione per soddisfare al meglio il Cliente. Per i nostri acquisti di elettronica, alla fine ci siamo ritrovati a comprare da loro. Di competitor ne abbiamo visitati parecchi credetemi e abbiamo quasi sempre trovato situazioni paradossali di non "saper fare" con il Cliente. E poi tante volte si ci lamenta se le aziende non vanno bene: ricordiamo che le aziende sono fatte di persone e son queste che fanno la differenza e quando con i clienti ci sai fare...i risultati arrivano! Un plauso a tutto lo staff, vi ringraziamo tanto e che queste nostre parole siano visibili a tutti perché lo meritate davvero. Grazie. We have visited several competitors, believe me and we have almost always found paradoxical situations of not "knowing how to do" with the customer. Ti sanno consigliare perfettamente su cosa orientarti. L’assortimento è molto vasto ma soprattutto l’attenzione che tu ottieni una volta che sei lì , ti senti sicuro che otterrai il prodotto adatto a te.poi dopo la vendita c’è in servizio dei tecnici.non devi aspettare a chiamare un tecnico che non conosci. Loro ti indirizzano e sei sicura che sarai richiamata velocemente. Noi abbiamo preso tanti dei nostri elettrodomestici da loro e continuerò comprando. È molto piacevole quando tu vai in un negozio dove sei seguito e dove ti danno lo stesso servizio sia che tu compri un grosso elettrodomestico che è una pilaDa tre euro.adesso sto guardando il depliant e mi farò consigliare per il mio prossimo acquisto che sarà un forno.
