D	Davide Prete on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso il punto vendita con l’intendo di acquistare un nuovo smartphone visti i prezzi concorrenziali che pubblicizzano online, ho chiesto ad uno dei 2 addetti disponibilità di un Samsung s20 ultra o del nuovo note 20 ultra, mi ha guardato come se gli avessi chiesto della verdura, ho insistito chiedendo un altro top di gamma Android ricevendo un altra risposta negativa e stizzita, come se dovesse farmi un favore a vendermi un dispositivo, dopo ciò ho ringraziato e sono andato via (senza ricevere risposta dall’addetto) naturalmente vista l’esperienza non metterò mai più piede in questa attività. I went to the store with the intention of buying a new smartphone given the competitive prices they advertise online, I asked one of the 2 employees for availability of a Samsung s20 ultra or the new note 20 ultra, he looked at me as if I had asked for vegetables, I insisted on asking for another top of the Android range, receiving another negative and angry response, as if he were doing me a favor by selling me a device, after that I thanked and left (without receiving an answer from the assistant) of course given the experience I will never set foot in this activity again.
D	Daniele Tufaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato al punto vendita il 16/12/2020 alle ore 18 per valutare un acquisto di un case per PC gaming, mi hanno proposto come acquisto l'unica che avevano dicendomi che andava bene per l'uso che ne avrei dovuto fare. Poi il giorno 17/12/2020 alle ore 10 sono tornato nel punto vendita per fare presente che quel case non potevo utilizzarlo perché i prodotti che avevo io non potevo utilizzarla. Mi hanno detto che la posso buttare perché loro non me la cambiano. I went to the store on 12/16/2020 at 6 pm to evaluate a purchase of a PC gaming case, they offered me the only purchase they had, telling me that it was fine for the use I should have made of it. Then on 17/12/2020 at 10 am I returned to the store to point out that I could not use that case because the products I had I could not use it. They told me I can throw it away because they won't change it for me.
