★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No non ci siamo.......negozio inutile......su richiesta del gestore integro la mia recensione in quanto mi ritengo una persona corretta e intollerante alle prese in giro....mi sono recato al negozio x avere informazioni su eventuali promozioni e x attivare un servizio.... servizio che mi era stato garantito essere attivo nel giro di un paio d'ore...risultato, servizio mai attivato.... quattro chiamate per chiedere se ero interessato ad attivare la loro offerta ma nemmeno una per avvertirmi che non era stato possibile attivare il servizio da me richiesto. Anzi alla prima chiamata ricevuta, ho fatto presente che non avevo il servizio attivo e mi è stato risposto che a loro risultava essere attivato... Per non parlare del fatto che io o mia moglie risultiamo aver chiamato vodafone per riattivare l'abbonamento...cosa mai fatta, mi sono solo collegato alla mia area personale x verificare se era presente il servizio che avevo richiesto........ ecco la spiegazione......

Not to mention that my wife or I have called vodafone to reactivate the subscription .. .what ever done, I just connected to my personal area to check if the service I had requested was present ........ here is the explanation ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero e troppo .....sto pagando da un anno per errori fatti dall'operatore in negozio ....ho fatto un contratto Vodafone family incluso Vodafone TV ..al primo mese mi mettono nella fattura 15 euro per intrattenimento TV doveva che doveva essere inclusa nel prezzo..
A quel punto decido di riconsegnare la Vodafone TV all'operatore che mi ha fatto il contratto ...a dicembre mi hanno messo in fattura 75 ed euro del decoder che ho consegnato ...fermarsi in negozio per chiarire questi problma e inutile perché passi anche per incompetente che non sai leggere la fattura ...adesso scriverò una seconda lettera alla Vodafone per dare il nominativo è il n.di cellulare del responsabile di questo problema ...mai più Vodafone passato il periodo del contratto disdico immediatamente ...ti raccontano frottole

Grazie a Luca Claudio e Vanessa che mi hanno aiutato con il servizio clienti e che mi hanno risposto a tutti i miei dubbi riguardo alle varie promozioni. Sicuramente se devo fare una pubblicità a Vodafone positiva la faccio grazie a loro.
I wanted to congratulate the guys who work inside the shop for the work that I have done. Thanks to Luca Claudio and Vanessa who helped me with customer service and who answered all my doubts regarding the various promotions.
