★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle ore 19 45 di oggi mi sono recata in questo store. L addetto mi ha risolto un problema sulla fatturazione evitandomi il blocco della linea telefonica. Per il medesimo problema sono stata rimbalzata da altri 3 store semplicemente perché, a quanto pare, non avevano voglia di perdere tempo x risolvere il problema di un cliente fornendogli semplicemente assistenza. Ringrazio l addetto ...purtroppo non ne conosco il nome..per la disponibilità e professionalità dimostrata.Al giorno d oggi sono purtroppo merce rara...
 At 19 45 today I went to this store. The clerk solved a billing problem for me, preventing me from blocking the phone line. For the same problem I was bounced from 3 other stores simply because, apparently, they didn't want to waste time solving a customer's problem by simply providing them with assistance. I thank the employee ... unfortunately I do not know the name ... for the availability and professionalism demonstrated.
