Il giorno successivo alla pubblicazione di un annuncio di vendita di un immobile, ho chiamato Stefano per dimostrare il mio interesse all'acquisto. Dopo una penosa attesa di 47 giorni, per motivi comunque giustificabili, mi ha finalmente fissato un appuntamento per la visita dell'appartamento. Terminata la visita, rimango d'accordo con il venditore che avrei richiamato entro qualche giorno, dopo aver fatto le mie necessarie valutazioni, per confermare o meno l'acquisto, come di norma si usa quando si vuole negoziare in modo corretto. Telefono dopo 4 giorni per chiedere ulteriori dettagli riguardo la misura di una stanza e per concordare la modalita' di pagamento ma, nel frattempo, il venditore aveva fatto visitare e venduto l'appartamento ad altri senza nemmeno avvisarmi!!! Preferisco non esprimere il mio giudizio sull"affidabilita' e sulla correttezza del venditore perché userei termini poco eleganti...... lascio immaginare a voi........ ---------- Di seguito integro le mie osservazioni in riferimento alla risposta: L'arroganza e la presunzione che si percepiscono nella risposa si commentano da sole............. ---------- I only had to give a star because there is no zero star. Stefano (simpaticissimo) e Paolo sono stati veloci, professionali e corretti nella valutazione...Consiglio a chiunque di rivolgersi a loro per la vendita della propria abitazione!
