Con tutti i soldi che hanno preso hanno fatto un danno dopo l'altro.
Potrei fare un lungo elenco, dalla proposta di acquisto errata al rischio di perdere la casa perché planimetria non conforme alla realtà.
E ancora dopo il rogito avere problemi con le utenze perché hanno venduto una casa senza sapere neanche com'è fatta dentro e che problemi abbia. (Mi era stato anche detto che fosse tutto datato al 1967 e invece la caldaia è stata sostituita). L'unico punto a nostro favore. Immaginate il resto.
Poca trasparenza e tanto tanto menefreghismo. Il pensiero sono solo i soldi.
Del cliente non frega niente a nessuno.
Mai avrei comprato casa tramite loro.
Purtroppo però la casa che volevo era stata affidata a loro e non ho potuto scegliere. Assolutamente sconsigliata.
Soprattutto per chi si trova ad intraprendere per la prima volta l'acquisto di un immobile.
Mille dubbi e perplessità a cui nessuno sa rispondere.
Senza il nostro consulente finanziario saremmo stati persi in questa avventura.

And even after the deed they have problems with utilities because they sold a house without even knowing what it is like inside and what problems it has. (I was also told it was all dated to 1967 and instead the boiler was replaced). The only point in our favor. Imagine the rest.
Little transparency and a lot of indifference. The thought is just the money.
Nobody cares about the customer.
I would never have bought a house through them.
Unfortunately, however, the house I wanted had been entrusted to them and I could not choose. Absolutely not recommended.
Especially for those who are undertaking the purchase of a property for the first time.
A thousand doubts and perplexities that no one can answer.
Without our financial advisor we would have been lost in this adventure.
